Job summary

Arctic Slope Native Association seeks a semi-skilled maintenance worker to perform a variety of repair tasks in residential and service facilities. Qualifications

• Semi-skilled maintenance worker with ability to perform multiple repair tasks.
• Experience reading diagrams and schedules; basic math and measurement.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in facilities and residential units.
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC related tasks as required.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and report needed repairs.
• Keep records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and general cleaning duties.
• Support security and safety procedures and respond to incidents as needed.
