Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Crewe is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias to join our dedicated engineering team on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am). This role combines hands-on maintenance with strong safety and quality standards.

You will fault-find mechanical and electrical breakdowns, perform planned maintenance, and record actions in the CMMS, building strong relationships with site functions while upholding high workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant Industry Qualifications
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in a food environment is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Analysis and fault-finding Mechanical/ Electrical breakdowns.
• Performing PPMs and repairs methodically and efficiently to the highest engineering standards.
• Ensure all respective corrective actions are carried out and recorded on CMM System
• Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills.
• Always demonstrate a first-class work ethic.
• To build and develop first class relationships with all site functions.

We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical Bias to join our dedicated and professional Engineering team in Crewe!

To provide; a professional and logical approach to engineering support, high quality workmanship, a dynamic approach to operational requirements, operate in a safe and timely manner on a day-to-day basis. To practice and maintain high standards and awareness of health and safety.

4 on, 4 off – 2 Days 6am-6pm, 2 Nights 6pm-6am
