Job summary

Nellis Auction, based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Training Manager to define and drive the training strategy across all warehouse locations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or warehousing/operations.
• Proven curriculum development experience from scratch and instructional design methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the functional training strategy for all warehouse roles.
• Design and maintain curriculum for safety onboarding and role-based learning paths.
• Run the train-the-trainer program and certify trainers across sites.
• Audit training sessions and measure effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick model.
• Maintain change management for training materials and ensure version control.
