As a Service Technician, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service while contributing to the upkeep of the physical asset and community grounds.

The starting hourly pay range for Service Technician is $22.00 - $23.00, commensurate with experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. Our Service Technicians typically work a schedule that includes one or more weekend days. Our Service Team members participate in a rotating on -call schedule with additional shift differential pay.
