Securitas USA is hiring a Multi-Site Security Officer - Part Time in Salt Lake City, UT. You will monitor premises, control access, patrol various client sites, and enforce regulations to keep people and property safe.

The role emphasizes conflict de-escalation, customer service, and reporting safety issues. Must be 18+, HS diploma, reliable with strong attention to detail, and able to work 2 of 3 shifts. UT driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid UT State Driver's License required.
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts Day / Swing, Swing / Grave, or Day / Grave.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Wage:$20.50/HR

TheMulti-Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
