Job summary

Tufts University’s Food is Medicine Institute seeks a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site NIH-funded trial evaluating medically tailored groceries for pregnant women facing food insecurity. The role emphasizes IRB coordination, REDCap management, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with the PI, clinical sites, vendors, and community partners to ensure ethical data collection, enrollment targets, and timely dissemination while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in public health, nutrition, clinical research, epidemiology, health sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years' experience in project management or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex regulatory processes (IRB submissions, data use agreements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site randomized trial, including IRB coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Manage REDCap development and data management; monitor enrollment and retention.
• Coordinate budgets, purchases, and financial reconciliation; report to investigators.
• Support development of study protocols, materials, and dissemination strategies.
