Morrison Healthcare seeks a Float Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education across Ballad Health System facilities in Johnson City, TN. You will work as part of a cross‑functional team to provide evidence‑based care and to support patient outcomes.

The role requires RDN with CDR eligibility and Tennessee licensure, with Monday–Friday on‑site schedule and no weekend shifts. Competitive salary and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• RDN with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligibility.
• Valid Tennessee Dietitian licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide acute-care Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans.
• Apply evidence-based practice and updated diet manuals in care.
• Support quality initiatives and committee work (QAPI).
• Mentor staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
