Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation seeks a Senior Quality Compliance Specialist to oversee audit execution and coordination across four manufacturing and packaging sites. You will coordinate external, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring readiness and timely responses per 21 CFR Part 111.

You will also support the QMS through deviation investigations, CAPA administration, and continuous improvement, maintaining compliance across multiple sites and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within dietary supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111 (Dietary Supplements cGMPs) and related food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the internal audit program across four sites using a risk-based approach.
• Create and manage the annual audit schedule; conduct audits or lead audit teams.
• Document audit findings, issue reports within timelines, and track to closure.
• Serve as primary QA contact for external audits including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Prepare, review, and submit audit responses and inspection findings; support CAPA requirements.
