Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy across multiple facilities within a local territory, maintaining consistent care. You will implement plans created by the supervising PT and support patients through exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current PTA licensure in Michigan.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel between assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services across multiple Rivetus facilities within local territory.
• Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training within PTA scope.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and facility staff to support quality care.
