Job summary

Hornig Companies seeks a full-time Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of brown-stone and mid-century buildings across the Twin Cities. You will market and lease properties, manage move-ins/outs, and coordinate maintenance and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management, preferably multi-site or multi-housing environment.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, owners, vendors and staff.
• Experience in managing property finances, including reporting and cost control.
• AppFolio Plus experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the marketing and leasing of assigned properties.
• Coordinate the move-in/move-out process.
• Work with vendors and internal maintenance for timely unit turns and maintenance work orders.
• Collect and deposit rents and follow up on delinquency.
• Organize and facilitate resident events.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations of the properties as required.
• Recruitment, selection and performance development of staff.
• Manage cleanliness of the property and daily routines of staff and vendors.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional rapport with residents, applicants, vendors and staff.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

We’re looking for a full-time, dedicated and enthusiastic Multi-Site Property Manager to manage a portfolio of brown-stone and mid-century buildings across the Twin Cities. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on variety and want to be valued for their expertise.

What would my responsibilities include?

• Oversee the marketing and leasing of assigned properties
• Coordinate the move-in/move-out process
• Work with vendors and the internal maintenance team for timely completion of unit turns, maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance
• Collect & deposit rents and follow up on delinquency
• Organize and facilitate resident events
• Facilitate all day-to-day operations of the properties as required
• Recruitment, selection and performance development of staff
• Manage overall cleanliness of the property and the daily routine of staff and vendors
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional rapport with all residents, applicants, vendors and staff
• Take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others
• Communicate with residents regarding repairs in a caring, compassionate manner that upholds Hornig Companies' customer service reputation as well as Fair Housing guidelines

What should I bring to the team?

• Able to lift 20 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds regularly
