Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or capital project management across multi-site environments.
• Ability to solve challenging issues in dynamic environments.
• Must have a current passport and ability to travel approximately 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Generate capital plans and budgets for a portfolio of 30–40 properties.
• Develop and execute the five-year capital plan.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
