Qualifications

• Formal education in production, media, theater, or a related field is beneficial but no required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production operations across all Connection Pointe locations.
• Recruit, develop, and shepherd healthy volunteer production teams.
• Plan and execute production support for weekend services, special events, and ministry initiatives.
• Partner with the Production Director, Creative Arts team, ministry leaders, and campus staff.

As the Multi-Site Production Manager, you are an integral member of the Production team. The Multi-Site Production Manager is responsible for leading and supporting production operations across all Connection Pointe locations by overseeing production systems, developing volunteers and staff, and ensuring consistent execution of technical production for weekend services and ministry events.
