Trinity Property Consultants in Minnesota is seeking a Multi-Site Porter to perform routine upkeep of two or more apartment communities. Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You will maintain curb appeal, communicate effectively with residents and team members, and operate tools as needed to meet safety and operations standards. • Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical functions.
• Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for two or more apartment communities.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies cost-effectively.
• Present an appearance aligned with the company image.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by community leadership.

Job Description:

The Multi-Site Porter performs routine upkeep of the apartment community including buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents, guests, and team members on-site. You will be expected to maintain the communities curb appeal while communicating effectively and professionally. It is expected that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and will likely require operating tools and equipment in accordance with safety and operations standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all day-to-day responsibilities and duties for two or more apartment communities.
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas.
• Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.

Education:

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical functions.

Computer Skills:

• Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
