Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing and eligible for Virginia.
• Experience in infusion, home-infusion, or hospital sterile-compounding preferred.
• Familiarity with USP 797/800 and pharmacy regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel regularly across central and southern Virginia.
• Excellent organization and patient-safety focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide full pharmacist coverage across sites: review orders, verify medications, dispense, and consult patients.
• Oversee sterile and hazardous compounding compliance per standards.
• Rapidly integrate into new sites and ensure smooth handoffs between deployments.
• Build credible relationships with site staff and leadership; adapt to varying workflows.
