Citadel Security USA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to provide coverage across different assignments in the Cheyenne area. This part-time role requires reliability, adaptability, and a professional approach to protecting people and property.

There is no fixed weekly schedule; shifts may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You will patrol, monitor cameras, manage access, report incidents, and follow site procedures while maintaining calm, courteous interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of professional security experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in stressful situations.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions, post orders, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to complete clear and accurate written reports.
• Willingness to work at different assigned locations and adjust to changing operational requirements.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to patrol both indoor and outdoor areas, including stairways, emergency exits, and elevators.
• Ability to recognize potential hazards and respond promptly to emergencies according to training and established procedures.
• Adequate visual and auditory awareness to monitor surroundings and identify potential concerns.
