• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assumes complete responsibility over the patient plan of care from initial contact to discharge.
• Maintains EMR documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborates with PT/PTA team and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
• Demonstrates NM values of teamwork, patients first, integrity, and excellence in daily work.
