Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Operating Room RN to provide perioperative care across multiple service lines in a multidisciplinary setting. You will support the ASC Float Team, rotating through at least three South Region locations and adapting to staffing needs.

The role requires an ASN, Texas RN license (or compact), 3+ years OR/ASC/hospital experience, and ability to travel between sites. BSN, ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN with active Texas RN license or compact license.
• 3+ years RN experience in Operating Room and ASC or hospital settings.
• Basic computer skills; ability to travel between locations.
• BSN, ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, age-specific patient care; communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Perform safe operative nursing aligned with organizational and professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Function as part of the ASC Float Team, working across at least three locations within the South Region, adapting to staffing and operational needs.
