Job summary

Ilocatum in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Multi-Site Operations Manager to lead three manufacturing facilities with 150–170 production employees. You will implement lean practices, drive safety, quality, and cost control, and partner with site leaders to deliver targeted improvements.

This role reports to the President and shapes the next growth phase. Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing leadership, ERP/MRP experience, and hands-on, data-driven decision making across multi-site
