Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Multi-Site Officer - Full Time in Vernon Hills, IL. You will help maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises, managing access control, and patrolling multiple client sites.

Responsibilities include following post orders, reporting safety issues, assisting employees and guests, and responding to emergencies with calm judgment. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under stress.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Driver certification, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.

Multi-Site Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Wage Range: $21.00-$22.00/HR

The Multi - Site Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.
• FA, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Security experience preferred, but not required.
