Job summary

Excelligence Learning Corporation seeks an IT Network Engineer to own network design, security, and reliability across multiple sites. You will manage Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routing/switching, and Meraki wireless, ensuring high availability and robust security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on network engineering experience across multi-site enterprise environments.
• Direct experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama (preferred).
• Experience configuring Cisco routers/switches in distributed sites; VLANs, routing protocols, and access layer design.
• Hands-on Meraki wireless deployment and management across multiple sites.
• Circuit procurement, SLA management, and vendor escalation with WAN providers.
• Strong security knowledge: firewall governance, segmentation, VPNs, and defense-in-depth.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless).
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls: policy management, NAT, firmware lifecycle.
• Configure Cisco routers/switches: BGP/OSPF, VLANs, STP, QoS; ensure reliable connectivity.
• Manage Cisco Meraki wireless: AP deployment, RF planning, SSID policies.
• Oversee WAN circuits: procurement, SLAs, vendor relations, renewals.
• Maintain uptime, monitor health, and implement corrective actions across sites.
• Enforce security controls: segmentation, VPN architecture, zero-trust concepts.
