Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Supply Chain: Operations teammate for Burlington Hospital to receive, verify, and distribute supplies. You will maintain records, support inventory, and coordinate deliveries across multiple sites including Burlington, Lakeland, and Southern Lakes.

No experience is required; a High School Graduate is expected, and basic computer/data entry skills are required to perform the duties effectively.

• No experience required.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions, data entry systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and equipment and inspects/verifies the accuracy and condition before signature.
• Ensures accurate record-keeping for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment for distribution to facilities, departments, or other entities as required.
• Provides timely distribution of supplies in response to requisitions, purchase orders and requests.
• Maintains inventory levels and performs issues/credits for supplies and equipment as necessary.
• Replenishes and maintains specialty carts and kits, checking for outdated supplies.
• Ensures proper preparation and handling of returned materials per documentation.
