Job summary

Workstream is seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin' locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role offers flexible part-time or full-time employment and no formal education required.

You will perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, with training provided. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors.
• Willingness to travel between Dunkin locations as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)
• Perform routine maintenance to landscaping
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
• Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs
• Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs
