The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining an optimal resident experience, property performance, and presentation.

As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishment. A strong candidate demonstrates accountability, ownership, excellent time management skills, and provides exceptional internal and external customer service.
