Job summary

NXT Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, common areas, and preparing vacant units for new residents, ensuring high standards across the community.

Qualifications

• General computer knowledge.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the community, from the grounds to common spaces.
• Address issues in residents' homes.
• Prepare vacant units for new occupants.
