Qualifications

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to service requests and complete them within 24 hours.
Communicate effectively with residents to resolve concerns.
Partner with the leasing team to prepare vacant units for move-in per schedule.
Conduct daily inspections of community grounds and common areas; address cleanliness, lighting, painting, and minor repairs.
Assist in routine preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
Support the Service Manager with audits and inspections for city, fire, and safety reviews.
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance rotation.
