Job summary

DSJ Global is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering in Columbus, Ohio. You will lead maintenance, reliability, automation, and engineering across multiple facilities, reporting to senior plant leadership.

You will drive asset performance, safety, and uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in maintenance or engineering with 5+ years in leadership, hands-on expertise with CMMS, PLC/SCADA, and process safety, and a track record of

Qualifications

7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or project management in manufacturing.
5+ years of leadership managing technical teams.
Experience leading maintenance, reliability, automation and capital projects.
Strong background in process manufacturing environments with industrial controls and safety.
Base salary plus annual performance bonus is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams across multiple sites.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS effectiveness, spare parts optimization, and reliability-focused improvements.
Oversee automation, process controls, and digital manufacturing systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
Manage capital projects from planning through startup, delivering on time and within budget.
