Job summary

A leading steel mill service provider is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with extensive experience in overseeing maintenance operations across multiple U.S. locations. This hands-on leader will develop maintenance programs, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a background as a Master Mechanic and must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time. Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Master Mechanic or equivalent expertise strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations across multiple U.S. sites.
• Develop and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Train and mentor local maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety.
