Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. The role directs distribution, packaging, and transportation across multiple sites with a focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement. Mon–Fri days, with travel up to 10%.

A competitive salary ranges from $85,000 to $92,000 plus a performance bonus. Requirements include 5+ years in management in a high-volume 3PL environment, strong inbound/outbound expertise, and proficiency with WMS and ADP platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume 3PL, distribution, warehouse, and transportation environment.
• Strong background in both inbound and outbound operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to meet objectives and customer expectations.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, packaging and transportation operations to ensure requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimize value, service, profitability and performance metrics.
• Ensure safety programs for associates, equipment, and property are implemented.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Develop staffing plans, control labor costs, and manage turnover.
