Job summary

Route 65 Management, LLC - Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins is seeking a Dunkin' Multi-Unit Landscape Technician to maintain exterior grounds and assist with cosmetic and mechanical repairs across multiple locations. The role involves travel between stores, performing high-quality landscaping work and general maintenance to support store appearance and safety.

The position requires 1-3 years of landscaping experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related maintenance and landscaping experience.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• General knowledge of small appliance repair and facilities maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscaping services including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up.
• Inspect exterior grounds for safety hazards and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain irrigation systems and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with contracted landscaping vendors to meet exterior standards.
• Develop seasonal grounds care plans and propose landscape improvements.
• Perform general maintenance including painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, cosmetic, and structural issues.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
