Job summary

The Kennedy Collective is seeking a dependable Janitorial Worker to help keep our sites clean, safe, and organized. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms across one or more locations, with mobility between sites as needed.

You will follow established cleaning and safety procedures, report hazards, and work independently or with a team under Site Supervisor guidance. This role supports our mission and values daily.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to learn and perform cleaning tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to travel between work sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial tasks to keep locations clean, safe, and orderly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces and fixtures.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or other issues to the Site Supervisor.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed and follow schedules.
