Job summary

NextCare Urgent Care in Texas is seeking a dynamic Multi-site General Clinic Manager to lead our team across locations. You will oversee facility resources, drive efficient patient flow, and ensure top-quality care while maintaining financial performance and compliance with COLA and standing orders.

In this role you will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage scheduling, and partner with Sales & Marketing to grow patient volume, all while fostering a safe, collaborative clinical environment

Qualifications

• Current healthcare CPR certification required.
• On-call availability and multi-site management capability.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Current healthcare professional-level CPR certification (AHA, ARC, ASHI, or NSC).
• Availability: Ability to participate in on-call assignments and manage multiple sites if required.

Preferred (Valued But Not Required)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or other advanced medical/academic degree.
• Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare/medical office environment.
• Skills: Strong Human Resources and financial management background; proficient typing and computer skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
• Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting with exposure to various patient illnesses and unpredictable situations.
