Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple field teams and active projects.
• Maintain regular communication with field leadership on project status, staffing, schedules, safety, quality, productivity, and needs.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor execution and support field teams.
• Assist with workforce planning and allocation based on schedules and priorities.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and consistent performance across field operations.
• Serve as a key communication link between field personnel, project teams, customers, and leadership.
