Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support five Specialty School locations in the Atlanta area. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across sites.

The role requires travel between schools, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service to staff and students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities/maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and playground safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with vendors for maintenance projects.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
• Manage work orders and asset records using Facilities Service Channel.
• Provide support for grounds, landscaping, and playground safety inspections.
