CHENEGA BASE & LOGISITICS SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician IV to perform routine building preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities in the Arden Hills, MN area. The role covers carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks to sustain and improve building infrastructure.

The position requires five years of experience in commercial building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities and maintain checklists.
• Monitor mechanical/electrical systems and address deficiencies.
• Maintain facility inventories and support SRM planning.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and paint to preserve structures.
