Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service stores across the Valdosta and Thomasville area. The role covers light electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs to ensure smooth store operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in A/C, refrigeration or general maintenance, high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the division are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment and lift up to 80 lbs.
• 3–5 years experience in the A/C, Refrigeration or General Maintenance field.
• Requires driving a company vehicle to different store locations in the division.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Provides general maintenance support to sites by painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and other basic maintenance.
• Maintains store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
