Amazon is seeking a Multi-Site Environmental Manager to support environmental compliance at Southern California Last Mile Delivery Stations in California. The role oversees programs across multiple sites, interfaces with regulators, and drives an environmentally responsible culture within operations, maintenance, and construction teams.
The MSEM conducts inspections, audits, and incident investigations, reports to agencies, and collaborates with internal and external partners.

This Multi-Site Environmental Manager (MSEM) is responsible for supporting environmental compliance at Southern California Amazon Last Mile Delivery Stations in California.
The MSEM assists in implementation and enforcement of standards and policies to support environmental and regulatory compliance and provide guidance for operations, maintenance and construction teams. The MSEM completes environmental inspections and performance analysis, monitor metrics, and assist teams in implementation of Amazon environmental standards.
The MSEM works with internal and external partners, including government entities, contractors, consultants, designers, construction, operations, and other key stakeholders. This MSEM will have up to 8 Amazon Delivery Stations in the region.
This is a hands-on position that includes time spent in the yard and on the floor of busy delivery stations conducting inspections and audits, taking samples, providing guidance to other employees, ensuring proper waste classification, and dealing with multiple departments and all levels of employees throughout the operation.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
