Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Dining to lead dining operations across Florida and Tennessee. You will drive culinary excellence, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, and build high-performing teams in luxury senior living communities.

Ideal candidates have multi-unit dining management experience, ServSafe credentials, and a proven track record of revenue growth and regulatory compliance within hospitality or healthcare dining environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts and/or hospitality management.
• Experience managing multiple dining operations in luxury senior living or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of resident-centered dining and regulatory health standards.
• ServSafe Instructor and Proctor certifications.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to dining operations across Florida and Tennessee.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and revenue growth for all dining services.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, health and safety regulations across communities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop dining leadership teams; implement training programs.
• Lead pre-opening dining plans for new communities, including menu development and staffing.
• Conduct site audits to maintain food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with executives to align dining services with broader brand objectives.
