Job summary

The Arbor Company seeks a Dining Room Manager for Arbor Terrace Fulton, an upscale assisted living community, to lead a restaurant-style dining program for residents and families. You will coach a team of servers, ensure a welcoming dining room, and partner with the Dining Director to elevate service standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality.
