Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing demolition or heavy civil crews.
• OSHA 30 certification; HAZWOPER preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to frequent travel.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations and crew scheduling.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Coordinate heavy equipment deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee site preparation, teardowns, asset recovery, and waste disposal.
• Monitor budgets and labor costs to ensure profitability.
• Serve as primary operational contact for contractors and inspectors.
