• 2+ years leading teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience managing contract security vendors and guard force operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
• Lead escalation and coordination of security incidents.
• Ensure readiness for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits.

Skills

5+ years of experience in physical security

2+ years leading teams in a 24x7 environment

Strong understanding of access control systems

Strong communication skills
