Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Commercial Landscape Lead to oversee landscape maintenance across multiple commercial properties in Texas. The role is hands-on, supervising crews, scheduling work, and coordinating with vendors to maintain appearance and safety.

You will manage irrigation systems, plan seasonal projects, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental guidelines while supporting budget and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, turf maintenance, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance operations for multiple commercial and company-owned properties across Texas.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
