Job summary

Webtrends is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and repair HVAC systems across its network of automotive and commercial truck dealerships. This in-house facilities role focuses on uptime, preventive maintenance, and reliable operation across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas HVAC license and EPA 608 certification, with 3–5 years of experience in large commercial environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC service or facilities-maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing rooftop and packaged commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 certification and Texas HVAC license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units, packaged systems, split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, and controls.
• Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Respond promptly to urgent HVAC issues and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
