BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Divisional Client Services Manager to lead and support our teams across multiple offices in North and South Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching client services teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service to clients and families.
This position requires flexibility, a team-first mindset, and the ability to step in where needed to support the day-to-day operations of offices across the division. You’ll work on-site, Monday through Friday, providing in-person leadership and helping teams stay aligned, supported, and successful.
