Job summary

Buckingham Co. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the apartment community well-maintained and presentable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Availability for 24-hour on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Own smartphone device with reimbursement.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with overall maintenance functions of the apartment community.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds and structural elements.
• Oversee maintenance personnel in collaboration or in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
