Job summary

Buckingham is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support the Maintenance Supervisor at our apartment community in Indiana. You will help maintain resident experience, property performance and presentation.

As Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and refurbishment of apartments, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Own smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement).
• Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance on schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with overall maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Perform repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and refurbishment of apartments.
