Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager Position Available at Greentree and Park Hill Apartments (Seattle, WA) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager at Greentree and Park Hill Apartments in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, with a can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset. We offer:

  • $28-$30 per hour
  • Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year, with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours annually. PTO increases after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends
  • Perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties
  • Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team participation
  • Verifiable work history and references
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and reference checks
  • Valid driver’s license

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct all business according to Allied Residential policies and legal standards (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and prospects
  • Assist residents and vendors with maintenance scheduling and building information
  • Handle correspondence and support office operations
  • Manage lease renewals, rent collection, delinquencies, and move-outs
  • Maintain organized lease and resident files, insurance certificates, vendor files, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Perform other related duties as required
