Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at multiple properties under the supervision of the Community Manager. This onsite leadership role focuses on rent collection, delinquency control, and optimizing cash flow while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will supervise staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks, maintain safety and fair housing practices, and support budget goals.
Position will be located at more than one location.

Responsible for overseeing, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community. The Assistant Community Manager will play a vital role in delinquency and collection of rent, optimize the property's cash flow and financial position, and manage all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration and risk management in the absence of the Community Manager. As an onsite leader, the Assistant Community Manager will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
Salary Range: $16 per hour to $19 per hour
Our compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, certifications, and related factors. Compensation includes a comprehensive total rewards package of medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses where applicable. Full‑time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays.
