Job summary

The Gardner School in Nashville is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within the Nashville area. This role partners with Executive School Directors to drive safe, enriching learning environments while meeting regulatory and financial goals.

Expect 50–75% travel across the assigned area and regular campus visits to coach leaders and ensure program excellence. You will hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of multi-site leadership experience in early childhood

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Experience leading multiple locations or operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, lead, coach, and develop Executive School Directors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high educational quality.
• Oversee budgets, enrollment, and performance across locations.
• Foster an inclusive, accountable culture aligned with Gardner values.
• Partner with Regional Director to execute area growth plans.
