The role requires strong organization, supervision, and communication skills, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a related field.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills; multi-site experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Energetic, positive, and able to engage with children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operational management for after-school programs.
• Set team tone based on core values and lead with a positive mindset.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership, staff, parents, and school admins.
• Hire and develop Site Directors and Group Leaders.
• Oversee program safety and performance, making corrections as needed.
• Build community partnerships with local leaders and organizations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities.
