Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead after-school programs across multiple sites in Orange County and surrounding areas. You will oversee operations, drive program quality, and ensure safe, enriching experiences for children.

The role requires a BA/BS, strong organizational and supervisory skills, and CPR/First Aid certification. Travel between sites in the region is expected as part of managing a multi-site program portfolio.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a related field required.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills in multi-site settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for your team based on core values and strategic goals.
• Ensure engaging programs support children’s development across sites.
• Collaborate with peers, leadership, parents, and school admins to grow AlphaBEST’s brand.
• Respond to and resolve stakeholder concerns effectively.
• Hire and develop Site Directors and Group Leaders with diversity in mind.
• Evaluate safety and performance, implementing necessary corrections.
• Build community partnerships and nurture existing customer relationships.
